My career started in small printing companies where I worked my way up from bindery, prepress and design, press operation, customer service and management. From there, my printing experience let me into the advertising agency life where my main responsibility was the accurate preparation of all print materials. My projects included complex package designs, print ads and collateral materials. I eventually moved into a leadership role in the production studio overseeing 4 production artists as well as hiring and managing freelancers.
In 2006, I decided to take my skills on the road. This has been a great experience. I have had the opportunity to work on both the client and agency sides of the creative process. This variety of client work has broadened what skills I can bring to your team. I can create and manipulate illustrator files, retouch photography and format multi-page documents. My print-ready files are clean and loved by print vendors. I am happy to assist with photo shoots, go on press checks as needed and project manage. I can also help you with your email blasts, social posts and other digital needs.
